Abstract

Ao compreender melhor os indicadores que definem o perfil empreendedor dos egressos do ensino profissional técnico e tecnológico, as instituições de ensino superior e os formuladores de políticas públicas podem formular ações públicas e educacionais voltadas para o perfil empreendedor dos egressos. O artigo contribui para a literatura empreendedora, explorando, por meio de um estudo bibliométrico, as habilidades que impactam o perfil empreendedor dos egressos, especialmente para as instituições de ensino profissional técnico e tecnológico. Essa proposição justifica-se pela necessidade premente de buscar padrões mais produtivos em relação aos resultados a serem alcançados no fortalecimento do perfil empreendedor dos egressos, reduzindo a dispersão. O objetivo deste trabalho é mapear as habilidades que impactam o perfil de egressos empreendedores da educação profissional técnica e tecnológica, por meio de um levantamento de indicadores sociais, comportamentais, educacionais e culturais que constituem o perfil empresarial da literatura, por meio de um estudo bibliométrico. O método escolhido para esta pesquisa foi exploratório-descritivo, de natureza quantitativa no início, que se baseou em uma revisão de literatura e na aplicação de procedimentos bibliométricos. Por meio de uma revisão sistemática da literatura, utilizando um estudo bibliométrico utilizando a base de dados SCOPUS e um levantamento de artigos de referência em bases de dados abertas, foi possível definir, em versão inicial, seis dimensões que caracterizam a personalidade do empreendedor e indicadores para cada uma delas.
